The two words that came to mind while I was reading your post is surrender and self sufficiency.  When we are self sufficient we are doing life on our own, &quot;thank you very much God&quot;, but when we are surrendered to him he becomes our Master and we are His servant.  If only I could live like that on a daily basis.  It is my desire.  Thank you for your thoughts on Rachel.
