I wonder how I come across to people, especially the salesman over the phone who is overzealous and too friendly in his/her approach.  Unfortunately, I can become rude at times.  I don&#039;t know this person&#039;s circumstances or anything about him/her but there is frustration in my voice.  Lord, may my &quot;gentleness be evident to all&quot; Philippians 4.  I appreciate your insight and thanks for stepping on my toes!!!!
