I wonder how I come across to people, especially the salesman over the phone who is overzealous and too friendly in his/her approach. Unfortunately, I can become rude at times. I don't know this person's circumstances or anything about him/her but there is frustration in my voice. Lord, may my "gentleness be evident to all" Philippians 4.
